Subscriptions Refund Policy
When a subscription is purchased, the buyer commits to the period of the subscription bought. Cancellations will only be accepted if notified within 24 hours of the original purchase. If notified within 24 hours, Powerboat & RIB Ltd will refund the full amount paid, less the full shop price of any magazines already dispatched. Cancellations received after 24 hours will not qualify for a refund. Cancellations will not be accepted for back issue orders. Oyster House Media endeavours to process all orders promptly however please allow 7 days for UK delivery (more time should be allowed for overseas orders.)
In the event that the magazine changes its name or adapts its content to meet market demands or influences, your subscription will be fulfilled with the new branded magazine. No refunds will be made for any cancellations.

Powerboat & RIB Ltd does not store your Credit Card details. Powerboat & RIB Ltd does store your personal contact information in order to manage your subscription and fulfil your order. Your personal information is never given to a third party however you may from time to time be contacted with regard to products or events within Powerboat & RIB Ltd and Oyster House Events.
