Following on from the successful launch of their 10m model just over a year ago, British RIB manufacturer Island RIBs are set to expand their range again with a new 6.8m model this spring. In keeping with their reputation for achieving extremely high levels of compliance within the industry, the new addition will be fully externally verified for conformity with the Recreational Craft Directive and will also be capable of MCA Coding under the new Workboat Code Edition 3. Island RIBs are also known for their efficient hull design, fine seakeeping and ability to achieve notable performance from relatively low horsepower.
