Veteran Leadership with 200 Years of Combined Experience

Alera Marine Group has officially launched in Elkhart, Indiana, entering the pontoon market with a sharp focus on performance, serviceability, and design. The company is led by founder and CEO Coley Brady, General Manager Jordan Kistler, and VP of Marketing Joe Mehl, supported by a team of over 40 marine professionals.

With more than 200 years of combined experience, the leadership team brings deep industry knowledge to the new venture. Their mission is clear: Propel people forward by doing whatever it takes—from dealer relationships to customer care.

Introducing the Alera Model M

The company’s first release, the Model M, has already made an impression at private dealer events and early water trials. Designed for real-world use, the Model M prioritises function over flash, balancing performance with ease of ownership.

“This boat wasn’t built for the showroom, it was built for the water,” said Kistler. “We’ve obsessed over the little things that add up in a major way for the end user.”

A Lifestyle Brand with a Practical Edge

Alera state they are more than a boatbuilder and position themselves as a lifestyle brand with strong values and company culture. From internal practices to public messaging, the business aims to deliver a consistent, meaningful experience.

“It’s about building something with presence – something that turns heads and makes people feel like they’re part of something bigger. We’re not just launching a boat. Were launching a movement.  It’s a vibe. And yeah…we’re doing it all with a little swagger.”

Boats Coming to Dealers in 2025

The Model M will make its public debut in the coming weeks, with deliveries to select dealerships expected later this year. Alera will continue to expand its brand presence through media, events and fresh content throughout the summer.

One thing is clear: Alera isn’t following trends. It’s carving its own path—backed by a strong team, a clear mission, and a boat built with intention.
