The all-New Axopar 38

Axopar has revealed the all-new Axopar 38 range, marking a significant evolution of one of its most influential platforms. The Axopar 38 XC Cross Cabin has just made its world premiere at Boot Düsseldorf 2026, followed later in the year by the Axopar 38 Sun Top and Axopar 38 Cross Top.

Built on the legacy of the Axopar 37, which has sold nearly 3,000 units globally, the new 38 range retains the brand’s adventure boating DNA while introducing notable advances in comfort, modularity and onboard usability. Designed for both experienced boaters and newcomers, the Axopar 38 reflects the company’s philosophy of building boats for real use and real conditions.

Designed for adaptability and use

Developed through Axopar’s most extensive research and development programme to date, the 38 range is described as the most modular boat ever built. Layouts across the bow, front cabin, wheelhouse and aft deck can be configured to suit a wide range of boating styles, from social day trips to longer passages and watersports.

Comfort and onboard usability have been prioritised throughout, with improved noise reduction and an optimised strength-to-weight ratio achieved through an overbuilt stringer system. The range is designed for year-round operation, extending the boating season.

Hull performance and efficiency

At the core of the Axopar 38 is a new-generation tri-generation hull, engineered to deliver predictable handling and efficiency across a broad speed range. Efficient cruising is possible between 20 and 30 knots, while high cruising speeds up to 38 knots require only a modest increase in fuel consumption, with top speed approaching 50 knots.

My honest belief is that the all-new Axopar 38 range is one of the absolute best handling boats in the world. So much effort has been invested, and knowledge has been utilized to make this possible. The exceptional drivability is the result of thousands of hours on the water, fine-tuning how the boat enters waves, how it carries speed, and how it settles into turns. It’s not about raw speed — it’s about control, balance, the uncompromising connection between the driver and the water providing that feeling of trust the moment your hands touch the wheel. When a boat behaves exactly as you expect, that’s when boating becomes truly enjoyable.

IN OTHER NEWS - Axopar Digital Product Passport unveiled

Axopar has introduced the Axopar Digital Product Passport, a new NFC and blockchain-backed system designed to simplify and secure boat ownership. Installed on every new Axopar boat, the NFC chip provides a unique digital identity and serves as a certificate of ownership.

Developed in partnership with Aura Blockchain Consortium, the system stores verified information including factory specifications, authenticity certificates, warranty status, and maintenance recommendations. Owners access all data by scanning the NFC chip, removing the need for scattered paperwork.

We believe ownership should be a relationship, not a transaction. Our customers deserve absolute certainty about what they own and knowledge of the boat’s history. With the Axopar Digital Product Passport we are not just adding a new tech feature; we are setting a new global benchmark for transparency within the boating industry.

The Digital Product Passport was launched at Boot Düsseldorf 2026, and will be standard on all new Axopar boats from the first quarter of 2026.
