Axopar 45 Launches New Twin-Engine Option for 2026

Axopar has unveiled a significant update for its flagship 45 range. For model year 2026, the Axopar 45 will now be available with a twin-engine option powered by Mercury’s Verado V10 400 hp outboards. This addition showcases the hull’s remarkable efficiency, particularly impressive given the boat’s 10-ton displacement.

Responding to Owner Demand

Until now, the 45 range has been exclusively powered by triple Mercury Verado V8 300 hp or BRABUS Performance Line V10 350 hp engines. Responding to customer demand, Axopar’s new twin configuration offers reduced operational costs, simpler maintenance, and enhanced deck functionality. By eliminating the third engine, owners benefit from a cleaner, more spacious aft deck with improved water access and wider bathing platforms.

Smarter Power, Same Adventure

The new setup delivers a total of 800 hp, propelling the 45 to a top speed of 45 knots with a comfortable cruising range between 25 and 35 knots. A specially developed aluminium bracket positions the engines further aft, improving balance and opening up additional deck space. The new passageway in front of the engines further enhances on-deck movement and usability.

This setup is a true testament to the efficiency and performance of the hull — fully capable of powering a 45-foot, 10-ton boat with just two engines.

Offered across the Cross Cabin, Sun Top, and Cross Top configurations, the Axopar 45 remains a benchmark in design, combining long-distance comfort, smart modularity, and the freedom to tailor each boat to individual lifestyles.
