A New Era of American Craftsmanship

Cruisers Yachts has introduced its latest innovation, the VTR fleet, marking a significant step in the company’s 70-year heritage. Built in Oconto, Wisconsin, the VTR line has been created to combine rugged performance with yacht-level design and build quality.

Two Distinct Models

The fleet debuts with two 38-foot models. The 38 VTR offers an open cockpit design, while the 38 VTR EC provides an enclosed, climate-controlled cockpit for all-weather boating. Both are powered by Mercury Verado® outboards, with a choice of twin 300hp or 400hp engines, allowing owners to select a configuration to suit their boating lifestyle.

Design and Functionality

The 38 VTR places equal emphasis on utility and refinement. A single-level deck ensures ease of movement, while wide walkways, deep gunwales, and a private head with shower enhance safety and comfort. Dedicated cooler storage and multiple layout options give owners the flexibility to tailor their vessel for entertaining, adventure, or extended cruising.

Advanced Hull Innovation

At the core of the VTR is a hybrid stepped hull, developed with DLBA Naval Architects. This hull has been engineered for efficiency, stability, and smooth handling. It offers quiet operation and clear sight lines, creating a ride that is predictable and confidence-inspiring in a range of conditions.

We engineered the hull to deliver efficiency, predictable response, and a stable ride so owners feel secure and in control.
