De Antonio Yachts introduces the D36 Cabin

De Antonio Yachts has announced the launch of the D36 Cabin, a more versatile evolution of the multi-award-winning D36 Open, developed for owners cruising in more demanding climates. The new model retains the brand’s walkaround layout and sporty DNA while introducing a fully enclosed main-deck architecture and an expanded interior programme.

Enclosed walkaround design

The defining change is a perimeter glass deckhouse enclosing the helm, U-shaped seating area and galley module. Sliding side doors, a rear accordion opening and a rigid roof with overhead opening maintain a direct connection with the outdoors while offering improved protection and natural ventilation. Optional hot and cold air conditioning further extends the boat’s seasonal usability.

Three roof configurations are available: a fixed panoramic glass roof, a glass roof fixed aft and sliding forward, or a fully opening electric sliding fabric roof.

Layout focused on comfort and flexibility

Performance and efficiency remain central to the design. The symmetrical layout with centred helm and co-pilot seats improves visibility and circulation. The U-shaped seating converts via teak-finish tables into a large double berth, supplementing the two interior cabins.

Below deck, the D36 Cabin offers a forward master cabin with a door for privacy, a fully equipped independent bathroom and an aft cabin with twin beds. Together with the convertible deckhouse berth, accommodation is provided for up to six people.

Outboard performance and adventure readiness

Concealed outboard engines preserve the generous aft bathing platform and clean styling. Mercury twin installations from 350 hp to 400 hp are paired with stepped hull lines, delivering an optimal cruise of around 27 knots and top speeds exceeding 40 knots.

Additional storage, watersports options and configurable aft spaces underline the D36 Cabin’s role as a versatile, all-season cruiser.
