Falcon Tenders new superyacht tender

Falcon Tenders has unveiled a new 11-metre custom superyacht tender created in collaboration with Tim Heywood Design. The concept brings together two established names in yacht design and tender construction, combining Falcon Tenders’ engineering expertise with one of the most recognisable design signatures in the superyacht sector.

Tim Heywood, known for shaping some of the most distinctive yachts on the water, has translated his familiar design language into a compact runaround format. The result is a tender intended to sit naturally alongside larger yachts while maintaining a clear identity of its own.

The 11-metre tender features Heywood’s characteristic styling, paired with a restrained interior finished in navy leather upholstery and rich wood detailing. The boat has a beam of 3.0 metres and an overall height of 1.97 metres. These proportions have been carefully considered to allow integration with larger yachts, including storage within yacht garages and straightforward handling during onboard operations.

Practical design for mothership integration

Practicality formed a central part of the design brief. Forward and aft boarding arrangements allow flexible access when operating in marinas or at anchor. Direct entry into the cabin has also been included to simplify use for both guests and crew.

The cabin layout has been developed with the option of diesel-electric propulsion. This allows the platform to adapt to changing owner expectations while enabling quieter and more efficient operation.

The tender is designed to accommodate up to 11 guests. Seating has been arranged to encourage relaxed social use when transferring between yacht and shore. Gyroscopic stabilisers are also incorporated to reduce roll and help maintain a composed ride in varying sea conditions.

Working with Tim Heywood Design has been a natural fit for Falcon Tenders. Tim’s ability to distil iconic superyacht styling into an 11-metre platform is exceptional, and this tender perfectly reflects our shared focus on elegance, comfort and uncompromising quality. It is a tender designed not just to perform, but to belong alongside the world’s most prestigious yachts.

The new 11-metre Tim Heywood Design tender signals Falcon Tenders’ intention to position its craft as a considered extension of the superyacht experience rather than a simple accessory.
