Galaxy Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) have officially launched in the UK, making their first appearance at Seawork 2025 in Southampton. Designed specifically for commercial and professional operators, the Galaxy range offers rugged, task-ready craft that combine seaworthiness, strength, and configurability.
Distributed exclusively across the UK and Ireland by The Wolf Rock Boat Company, Galaxy RIBs are constructed around a deep-vee aluminium hull. This proven platform ensures a smooth, controlled ride in harsh sea conditions while offering reduced environmental impact through its recyclable structure.
Two Series, One Mission: Reliability
Galaxy’s launch range features two core series:
- Pilot Series: A classic RIB design with a Hypalon inflatable collar, suitable for a broad range of operations including emergency response and commercial support.
- Trident Series: A heavy-duty variant with a D Collar (available in Hypalon or Toughtec Foam), purpose-built for offshore work, interception, and boarding operations.
Both models are fully customisable, allowing professional users to specify propulsion systems, deck layouts, and operational equipment to suit their unique requirements.
