Garmin will be showcasing their new strengthened suite of marine products, aimed at everyone from the racing yachtsman to the keen fisherman, at this year’s Southampton Boat Show. Items to be displayed will include the brand-new Force trolling motor, the GPSMAP 8400 series, the Echomap Ultra series and the latest BlueChart G3 cartography, as well as the award-winning Panoptix LiveScope.
The Force trolling motor brings enhanced power and efficiency to the freshwater trolling motor market, designed to enable anglers to cover more area and stay on their spots longer, even in tough conditions ‒ and without spooking the fish. Thanks to its brushless motor, the Force operates with almost undetectable levels of sonar and steering noise both below and above the water.
The GPSMAP 8400 is available in 10-, 12- and 16-inch displays that feature full HD in-plane switching (IPS) screens with multi-touch control, while the Echomap Ultra is a new line of 10- and 12-inch touch screen chartplotters designed to bring professional performance to inland and nearshore anglers.
