A New Era for Greenline Yachts

Greenline Yachts unveiled its latest project, the Greenline 42, at the Cannes Yachting Festival. Due for official launch in early 2026, the 42 brings together greater speed, more solar power and more choice than ever before. Already under construction at the Slovenian shipyard, the model builds on the brand’s reputation for innovation and efficiency.

Efficiency and Power

The Greenline 42 is equipped with a re-optimised hull designed by Micad, enabling a top speed of 30 knots with the same twin 250hp powertrain. The refined naval architecture reduces drag, while the latest H-Drive 6G enhances battery charging and fuel consumption. Silent electric manoeuvring adds to the efficiency, underlining the brand’s Responsible Yachting ethos.

Solar power plays a central role, with four extra panels on the coach roof bringing the total to 10. Generating up to 4.1kW, the system can power all onboard appliances and recharge the battery bank more quickly.

Smarter Living Spaces

Onboard, the Greenline 42 reimagines social areas with a choice of layouts. The aft cockpit can be configured in two radically different versions, offering features such as a drop-down transom, lowering swim platform and removable furniture. A foredeck lounge mirrors the style of the larger Greenline 58, providing additional outdoor relaxation space.

A Customisable Interior

Designer Marco Casali has created both exterior styling and three interior options built on a natural colour palette of ‘honey teak’ or ‘modern oak’. Owners can choose layouts that include a second guest bathroom, walk-in closet or vanity table. Sliding aft windows by the galley improve ventilation, while dashboard-style climate controls at the helm are a first for Greenline.

From cabin configurations and storage solutions to fridges, freezers and saloon seating, the Greenline 42 is the company’s most customisable model to date.

When we introduce a new boat, it is no light decision. The Greenline 42 has absorbed every inch of our know-how and will set a new reference for the market.
