Honda Marine form two new partnerships – one with Zar Formenti and the other with Northstar 

The official unveiling of the new Naxos RIB brand took place at boot Düsseldorf on Saturday 17^th December 2026, confirming a strategic partnership between Honda Marine and Zar Formenti. The collaboration brings together Honda outboard technology with Zar Formenti’s long established manufacturing expertise, paired with an exclusive design by Carlos Vidal.

The agreement covers Naxos models fitted with factory installed pre rigging systems, supplied as integrated turn key packages powered by Honda Marine outboards. The range launches with two models, the Naxos 19 and Naxos 23, both aimed at new and emerging boaters while maintaining Zar Formenti build standards.

Northstar and Honda Marine Europe have announced a new OEM partnership combining advanced RIB design with Honda outboard engines. Competitively priced Honda engine packages will be offered across selected Northstar models, pairing efficiency, reliability and performance. Honda pre-rigging is included as a no-cost option, supporting streamlined production while retaining engine choice flexibility.
