​Inspiration Marine celebrates 25 Years at MDL’s Hamble Point Marina with new 10-year lease

Inspiration Marine Group, one of the UK’s largest new and used boat dealerships, has reaffirmed its commitment to MDL’s Hamble Point Marina by signing a 10-year lease renewal for its 1,500 sq ft office in The Chandlery Building. Established in 2000, Inspiration Marine has called Hamble Point its headquarters for nearly 25 years, benefitting from the marina’s prime location at the gateway to the Solent and its exceptional facilities.

The lease renewal coincides with MDL’s £13.6 million investment programme for the ongoing 2024/25 season, which aims to enhance facilities and services for berth holders, tenants and visitors. As part of this initiative, Inspiration Marine’s offices will undergo a complete refurbishment, with the team temporarily relocating to nearby Firefly Road for the duration of the four-month project.
