Jeanneau Enters Hospitality Market with Sea Loft 480

Jeanneau has entered the hospitality sector with the launch of the Sea Loft 480, a floating villa concept designed for hotels and resorts seeking new guest experiences in coastal destinations. The new range was officially unveiled at ITB Berlin 2026, the international travel and tourism trade show held from March 3 to 5.

The Sea Loft 480 has been conceived as a floating hospitality platform intended to extend a hotel’s guest experience onto the water. Hotels can offer the space for daytime use, evening events, or overnight stays, creating additional guest experiences while maintaining relatively simple operations.

Jeanneau presented the Sea Loft 480 at the entrance of ITB Berlin 2026, positioning the concept directly in front of the global hospitality and tourism audience attending the event.

Designed as a floating villa, the Sea Loft 480 can host a range of hospitality experiences. These include private moments on the water, wellness activities at sea, exclusive day charters, and private events. Integrated into the wider hotel environment, the platform aims to extend a resort’s guest offering beyond traditional accommodation.

Jeanneau is inviting hospitality and tourism professionals to visit Hall 27 – Stand 312 at ITB Berlin to explore the concept and discuss potential projects in major tourist destinations.

Further hospitality-focused events are planned in Cannes in April and Tortola in May.
