MarineMax Acquire Williams Tenders USA

Recreational boat, yacht and superyacht services company MarineMax have completed the acquisition of Williams Tenders USA, a premier distributor and retailer for UK-based Williams Jet Tenders. The acquisition is expected to be accretive in its first full year of operations.
