McLachlan Marine Make Ultimate Choice

McLachlan Marine, based in North-East Scotland, have taken delivery of the latest addition to their growing fleet –a new 11m O-CLASS, which was built by Glasgow-based The Ultimate Boat Company (UBC).

The O-CLASS is a high-performance offshore craft that has been specifically designed and engineered as a ‘heavy-lift’ commercial vessel. Its intelligent ergonomics and shock mitigation technology are intended to provide a safer working environment for professional crew at sea for extended periods.

All UBC powerboats benefit from a revolutionary and patented hull technology that introduces compression or hydraulic lift resulting in enhanced load carrying, manoeuvrability, performance and stability.

Upon taking delivery of the new craft, Managing Director Ruari McLachlan said: ‘We have been really impressed by UBC’s attention to detail during the build of this boat.
