Mustang Survival launches redesigned Taku jacket and bib

Mustang Survival has introduced the redesigned men’s Taku waterproof jacket and bib, a new generation of waterproof marine apparel developed for marine professionals, saltwater anglers and cruising boaters operating in demanding coastal conditions.

Part of Mustang Survival’s Taku Collection, the updated gear is designed for inshore and coastal environments where durability, protection and comfort are essential. Both garments are constructed from the company’s Marine Spec SP three-layer fabric, engineered to withstand saltwater, spray, fish residue, oil and persistent rain during extended periods on the water.

The Taku jacket and bib are designed to keep wearers dry and comfortable throughout long days in cold and wet conditions.

The redesigned Taku kit incorporates practical updates informed by active users. The jacket features improved hood articulation and a refined collar fit for better comfort and visibility in sustained wet weather. Extended neoprene gaskets and adjustable split over-cuffs help prevent water ingress without restricting movement.

Updates to the bib include handwarmer chest pockets, durable two-way YKK AQUAGUARD® zippers for ease of use and ventilation, and removable knee pads that provide added comfort and protection during long days on the water.
