Axopar 37 tops US boat sales for second year running
Axopar 37 secures top US sales position again, highlighting sustained demand and long-term appeal in a competitive market.
British powerboat hull designer and powerboat racer Adam Younger has beendesigning RIB hulls for Northstar since 2019. He designed ‘Advanced Tapered Stepped Hulls’ for Northstar’s ORION and ION ranges and the series were developed further for production by Northstar’s in-house design team.
Northstar and Adam Younger are now taking their collaboration to the next level, with the latter becoming an integral part of the design team, and he will be exclusively designing RIBs for Northstar.
Cengiz Arsay, President of Northstar, remarked: ‘At Northstar, our hulls, their performance and sea manners are of utmost importance, which comes from our heritage in building military and rescue craft, and we are extremely pleased to have entered a new phase of collaboration with Adam Younger, whom we value as one of the best, if not the best, high-performance RIB hull designers in the world.’
Adam Younger commented after the signing of the agreement at the Northstar plant: ‘I have been working with Northstar for a few years and already we have created some great boats, so it was a logical decision to extend my collaboration.’
