Evolution of a Modern Explorer

Numarine has unveiled its latest model, the 27XP, at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival. Replacing the successful 26XP – of which 30 hulls are already cruising globally – the new 27XP delivers greater length, volume and versatility while retaining the rugged elegance of the XP series.

At 27 metres overall, the yacht bears the signature sharp exterior lines of designer Can Yalman, who also created the light-filled interiors. Naval architecture is by Umberto Tagliavini, ensuring the 27XP combines efficiency with seaworthy strength.

Flexible Layouts and Light Interiors

The 27XP can accommodate 8–10 guests and four crew, offering a choice between four or five cabin configurations. The five-cabin version includes a main deck VIP, three full VIP suites and a full-beam master suite below, complete with walk-in wardrobe and generous ensuite. Large panoramic windows flood each cabin with natural light, connecting guests with the seascape beyond.

Owners choosing the four-cabin configuration benefit from a different deck layout, with the wheelhouse positioned on the main deck, while the five-cabin version relocates it to an enclosed flybridge.

Big Yacht Feel and Outdoor Living

Expanding on the 26XP, the 27XP introduces a larger galley and dining area featuring an open kitchen concept, creating a sociable, contemporary atmosphere more akin to larger yachts. The raised bow lounge offers panoramic views, while the supersized flybridge – even longer and wider than its predecessor’s – provides ample space for entertaining and relaxation.

Performance and Range

Powered by twin MAN 560 engines, the 27XP achieves a top speed of 13.5 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots, with an impressive range of 2,200 nautical miles at eight knots. A fully enclosed, glass flydeck helm option ensures comfort and protection in all climates.

Longer, roomier and more versatile than her predecessor, she introduces new levels of comfort, light and openness while still keeping the rugged explorer spirit which defines our XP series.
