SACS Tecnorib Presents Maxi RIB Pirelli 42 Special Edition

Sacs Tecnorib, the official licensee of the PIRELLI brand for inflatable boats, launches the PIRELLI 42 Special Edition, the result of the shipyard’s collaboration with the renowned German tuner Mansory. This special edition, which will be produced in a limited series, was recently presented with exclusive images that reveal every detail. The official debut of the maxi rib on the market will be at the Dubai International Boat Show, from 28 February to 3 March, where Mansory will showcase a 1:12 scale model at the stand and project a video of the new PIRELLI 42 Special Edition on the water during the first in-water tests with the triple 500hp Mercury engine.

Features of the PIRELLI 42 Special Edition

The starting point is the PIRELLI 42, created by the Swedish firm Mannerfelt Design Team, and intended for versatile use as a day-cruiser or shadow boat of larger yachts. In this revisited version, the PIRELLI 42 Special Edition for Mansory features a triple Mercury 500R engine for a total of 1500hp. A signature hyper-technological look by Mansory with attention to every detail was a “must”, starting from its engines with custom graphics, paired with the colour of its external cushions.

The new maxi rib is enhanced with many visible carbon parts like the cockpit and other details of the wheelhouse, such as its throttles and joystick. The spoiler on the hard top is also made of carbon fibre, and pairs perfectly with the integrated Hella spotlights thanks to a custom aerodynamic case. Completing the stunning aspect is a special “starry sky” effect, a hallmark of many vehicles transformed by Mansory. The speakers are customised, and the carbon air vents pair with numerous other elements, such as the external table, access door to the deck, internal finishes and much more. The Mansory logos on the sides of the boat and custom cushions complete the extensive conversion and give the PIRELLI 42 Special Edition a typical and unmistakable Mansory style. The interiors are lined with waterproof leather, which the customer can customise in colour and quilt.

Triple 500hp Mercury engine

The boat show will also be an exquisite showcase for displaying the new Mansory Gronos 6×6, fitted with Pirelli tyres. Depending on the customer’s needs, this 6×6 pick-up can be fitted with on-road or off-road tyres. In the case of road configuration, rims type “YN.5” in size 10×22 with Pirelli signature tires type “SCORPION ATR” are used.
