Selva Marine Partners with Engines Plus

Selva Marine has appointed Engines Plus as its exclusive distributor and sales agency for the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The agreement enables Engines Plus to distribute Selva’s outboard engine range, spanning from 2.5 bhp to 300 bhp, with plans to introduce boat packages in the future.

The partnership includes the launch of Selva’s XS range, designed for the commercial sector. The high-torque engine series supports inboard and outboard customers, catering to small commercial builders.

Engines Plus aims to strengthen Selva’s market presence by expanding its dealer network and exhibiting at key events, including Skipper Expo, Seawork, and the Southampton International Boat Show.

Hedley Beavis, Managing Director of Engines Plus, stated that the agreement aligns with the company’s long-term growth strategy. Giovanni Franzini, Marine Business Manager at Selva S.p.A., described the partnership as a step towards brand expansion across commercial and leisure markets.
