Nordkapp Airborne 5.4 revealed as compact performance RIB
Nordkapp has revealed the Airborne 5.4, a compact new RIB designed to deliver serious performance in a practical 5.4m package.

The new DF250AUNX also has a number of technical features that set it apart from a standard Suzuki DF250A. Its 4-litre, 24-valve V6 engine has been upgraded with new electronic mapping that increases the rev range from 5700 to 6000 rpm. This matches with the new cowling that has reworked air intake louvres to provide better air supply as well as cooling to create a power unit that revs and picks up speed quickly. The lower unit has also been redesigned in a similar way to those found on racing outboards, with a view to improving cruising performance and preventing cavitation.
