“In addition to showcasing our extensive product portfolio, we are delighted to be working with everwave this year. With its waste collection boats, everwave supports initiatives that prevent waste from entering the oceans. As the world’s market leader of electric propulsion on water, we also want to use our presence at the Düsseldorf fair to raise awareness among visitors and the public of the importance of environmental and water protection. At the same time, our customers will become part of our joint mission: a clean and sustainable future for our waters. For every product sold at our booth, we fund the collection of more waste from waterways,” says Heiko Vietmeier, CEO/CFO of Torqeedo.
A special highlight at the Torqeedo booth in Hall 10 is a boating simulator that offers an interactive experience: At the Clean-Up Challenge, visitors can experience the Travel XP and symbolically collect plastic waste from the water. What’s new about the Clean-Up Challenge this year: The symbolically collected waste is removed from our waters in real life as part of global everwave projects up to 1,000 kg. Everwave is an international organization that uses waste collection ships and an AI-based holistic cleaning approach to tackle water pollution caused by plastic and other waste.

In addition to the boating simulator, visitors to the Torqeedo booth will be able to see the powerful Deep Blue Battery 80 and find out more about the entire range of integrated propulsion systems from 0.5 to 200kW – from the compact leisure outboards of the Travel Family to the efficient cruise drives for sailing and motorboats and the modular Deep Blue systems for larger boats and yachts. The Customized Solutions team will be on hand to provide specific examples and practical insights.
Visit Torqeedo at boot Düsseldorf 2025, Hall 10, booth B22, and discover the benefits of electric propulsion on the water.
