Power, precision and planet-friendly performance

Electric boating continues to gain momentum, and Vetus has expanded its electric propulsion portfolio with the launch of the new E-Line 22 kW. Designed to deliver an efficient and engaging boating experience, the E-Line 22 kW combines strong performance with the benefits of zero emissions and near silent operation.

E-Line electric motors are engineered to provide intuitive control comparable to traditional combustion engines, while allowing boaters to enjoy waterways with minimal environmental impact and reduced noise.

Most powerful electric motor in the E-Line range

The E-Line 22 kW is the most powerful electric motor currently offered by Vetus. With an output of 22 kW and maximum torque of 130 Nm, it delivers responsive acceleration from standstill and immediate deceleration when required.

Advanced range management technologies help maximise battery efficiency in all operating conditions. The integrated Sailing Assist firmware supports smooth acceleration, efficient cruising and controlled emergency stopping, enhancing comfort and confidence on the water.

Complete system, ready to install

Supplied as a complete out-of-the-box solution, the E-Line 22 kW requires only a choice of control lever and cooling system, either keel cooling or fresh water cooling. Its compact design allows installation on almost any existing engine foundation, making it suitable for both new builds and refits.

The modular architecture enables owners to upgrade over time. Options including control levers, shunts and displays allow configurations to be tailored to individual vessel requirements.

Designed for green zones and future waterways

Across Europe, increasing numbers of waterways are designated green zones where only electric boats are permitted. A high-powered electric propulsion system provides access to these areas while maintaining mobility and flexibility.

Beyond electric propulsion

Vetus supplies a full range of boat systems, including shafts, propellers and seating, supporting professional installations from a single source. All Vetus equipment is backed by a three-year warranty.

The E-Line 22 kW is available now for vessels up to 15 m (50 ft) or 20 tonnes.
