Yamaha Motor Europe and Ribcraft UK & Europe Sign 5-Year Partnership

Yamaha Motor Europe and Ribcraft UK & Europe have announced a landmark five-year partnership, commencing September 2025, marking a new era of collaboration in the rigid inflatable boat (RIB) sector. The agreement, which includes an automatic renewal clause, designates Yamaha as an approved supplier of rigging solutions across the Ribcraft range.

Under this alliance, Ribcraft vessels will carry the “Empowered by Yamaha” designation, equipped with Yamaha outboard engines and full rigging packages – including Helm Master EX controls, gauges, and systems. This integration ensures optimised handling, performance, and reliability across both professional and leisure craft.

Renowned for building tactical RIBs for police, military, and rescue services, Ribcraft is now expanding further into the leisure market. The partnership with Yamaha underpins this strategy, providing customers with dependable, high-performance craft powered by one of the world’s most trusted marine brands.

While the agreement operates under Yamaha Motor Europe, Ribcraft RIBs will continue to be purchased directly by Yamaha distributors, allowing for efficient regional supply and greater flexibility in meeting customer needs.
