Major £1m Investment at Neyland Yacht Haven

Neyland Yacht Haven, set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, has completed a £1 million redevelopment to upgrade its facilities for berth holders and visiting boaters. The work was led by the Yacht Havens Group, which operates nine marinas across the UK.

New Luxury Washrooms and Family Facilities

The centrepiece of the improvements is a redesigned and extended marina building. New washroom amenities include modern, spacious showers and toilets, a dedicated family room, and a fully equipped laundry cabin—enhancing comfort and privacy for all marina users.

Transformed Marina Restaurant Experience

Upstairs, The Bar Restaurant has undergone a full refurbishment. The dining area has been extended to include a snug lounge with Sky TV, while the kitchen has been enlarged to meet growing demand. The outdoor terrace now offers wider views over the marina and estuary, with a refreshed menu and smart cellar system improving the overall dining experience.

We are thrilled with the positive feedback from berth holders and visitors, who are already enjoying the modern amenities, thoughtful features such as the family washroom, and the enhanced dining experience upstairs. The team at The Bar Restaurant have worked incredibly hard to reopen in time for the summer season with a fresh new look and a delicious new menu. We’re excited for everyone to come and experience it.

A Project Powered by Local Expertise

The redevelopment was delivered using a broad range of local Pembrokeshire firms. Main contractor WB Griffiths from Haverfordwest led the project, alongside Acanthus Holden architects, Terry’s Tiles, ITH Construction, Penfro Consultancy, and interiors by Steph Cotton of Neyland.

An Award-Nominated Boating Destination

Home to over 400 berth holders, Neyland Yacht Haven is also a base for an RYA training centre, Boatshed Wales, and the popular Manillas Café. The marina has been nominated three times for the British Yachting Awards, reinforcing its reputation as one of Wales’ top marine destinations.
