New Laser Tools jump starter packs power into compact design 

Laser Tools has introduced its new multi-function 12V vehicle jump starter, part number 9343, designed as a lightweight emergency starting solution for workshop, roadside or home use. 

Built with lithium battery technology, the compact unit is intended for use with 12V vehicles and is capable of starting petrol engines up to 5.0 litres and diesel engines up to 3.0 litres. It delivers a start current of 400A, with a peak current of 800A, providing practical support when a vehicle battery needs assistance. 

Beyond jump-starting, the Laser 9343 also works as a portable power bank, with a 5V USB output for charging phones, tablets and other portable devices. 

A selectable LED work light provides up to 100 lumens of light, while SOS and strobe functions add further roadside emergency use, particularly in low-light conditions. 

The unit includes short-circuit, reverse-polarity, overcharge, over-discharge and low-voltage protection, helping to protect both the user and the vehicle’s electrical system. 

Its Li-Po NCM battery includes a clear charging indicator and typically recharges in around 2.5 hours using the supplied USB Type-C cable. The product is CE and RoHS compliant. 

Supplied in a zip-up carry case, the Laser 9343 is compact enough to store in the car, making it a useful option for emergency starting, portable charging and lighting.
