Windermere’s third sustainable race day introduced a new national class and underlined growing momentum behind lower-carbon powerboat racing.
Dave Walters, manager at Saxon Wharf, said: ‘We’ve been able to customise our forklift to meet our specific needs and requirements to ensure we can offer our dry stack customers the best service possible.
Situated on Southampton’s River Itchen, Saxon Wharf Marina’s extensive dry stack facility offers secure dry berthing and on-demand launching and lifting for boats up to 13m. Its location close to Southampton Water and the Solent offers an almost endless supply of cruising destinations.
