Axopar launches 38 Sun Top with twin Verado power
Axopar’s new 38 Sun Top brings open-air flexibility, social seating and twin-engine performance to the growing 38 range.
The 2025 British Motor Yacht Show, held at Premier Marinas’ Swanwick Marina from 15–18 May, celebrated its twelfth edition with record attendance and a packed schedule of debuts and demonstrations. Curated by Fairline, Sunseeker, Princess and Premier Marinas, the event brought together serious buyers and top industry names in a focused, appointment-led format.
Among more than 80 motor yachts on display from over 40 brands, show highlights included the world premiere of the Rib-X Phaeton and UK launches for the Sunseeker Manhattan 68 (2025), Predator 55, Fjord 39XP, Axopar 29 CCX, Bellini Astor 36, Pearl 63 and Saxdor 340 GTWA. The largest-ever Sanlorenzo showcase at a UK boat show also impressed, alongside the arrival of new exhibitors including NAVAN, Delta Powerboats, Fleming Yachts and Van den Hoven Jachtbouw.
Smaller British builders made a strong impact. Dale, Rustler and Cockwells stood out for bespoke craftsmanship, with the newly revealed Hardy 45 from Cockwells attracting particular praise.
The founding trio of Fairline, Princess and Sunseeker were joined by international names such as Azimut, Prestige, Jeanneau, Galeon and Bluegame. Visitors had access not only to yachts but also to premium services, with exhibitors in finance, berthing, transport and onboard tech, including Nautafix, Elite Teak and Clase Connected.
The show was backed by sponsors CGI Finance and Sevenstar Yacht Transport, both contributing to the event’s smooth execution.
With strong feedback from exhibitors and visitors alike, the show’s organisers confirmed its return from 14–17 May 2026. Exhibitors are encouraged to secure their 2025 rates by 31 July 2025.
