Morgan Marine acquires Fox’s Marina to form Morgans Group 

Morgan Marine has announced the purchase of Fox’s Marina, Boatyard and Chandlery, creating the newly formed Morgans Group. The move brings together two long established marine businesses, combining expertise while preserving the identity and service standards of each company. 

Both businesses will continue trading under their existing names, with the same teams, locations and contact details. Prices, processes and daily operations remain unchanged. Customers will still deal with the same people and receive the same personal service they know. 

The formation of Morgans Group enables closer collaboration across both businesses. Customers can expect greater stock availability, a broader range of marine services, and access to two convenient locations less than 35 minutes apart. A larger shared technical team and combined workshop facilities are intended to improve efficiency and turnaround times, while maintaining a personal approach. 

Morgan Marine, based in Brightlingsea, provides sales and service for brands including Jeanneau, Nimbus, Highfield, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki and Mercury. Fox’s operates as a full service yard specialising in refit and repair, supported by a well stocked chandlery.
