Established by the Italian Marine Industry Association, Confindustria Nautica, in collaboration with I Saloni Nautici, this award recognizes outstanding achievements in research, innovation and design within the yachting industry. The Saxdor 340 GTWA won in the category “Motorboats – Up to 14m,” receiving high praise from the jury as a „compact walk-around with many features and enjoyable natural light.”
The independent jury, made up of Italian and international experts from different sectors, highlighted the 340 GTWA’s compact yet highly functional walk-around layout, which maximizes space while maintaining a sleek design. With features like an expansive wheelhouse with large sliding glass doors and optional sunroof, the boat seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, providing comfort and adaptability in all weather conditions.

“This prestigious award highlights Saxdor’s innovative concepts, led by Mr. Sakari Mattila and supported by our entire design team.” commented Erna Rusi, CEO of Saxdor Yachts. “Receiving this recognition from Italy, known for its design heritage, adds significant value and makes the achievement even more meaningful.”
The final design of the Saxdor 340 GTWA is a result of the cooperation between Sakari Mattila and Jalen Vogelnik from VOM Creations as well as the whole Saxdor design team. Their combined expertise played a crucial role in bringing this innovative model to life, demonstrating the brand’s commitment to blending luxury, functionality, and versatility in every vessel.

This significant recognition reinforces Saxdor Yachts’ commitment to offering versatile and accessible luxury, with the Saxdor 340 GTWA serving as a perfect example of how advanced design can meet the diverse needs of modern boaters.
