Windermere’s third sustainable race day introduced a new national class and underlined growing momentum behind lower-carbon powerboat racing.
The current 650 model is fitted with a Mercury 150hp outboard, Garmin GPS and VHF, teak-effect decking, shower, bathing platforms and a stainless steel boarding ladder. In addition, a single Stingher 800 Super Sport EVO, fitted with a Mercury 350hp Verado outboard, will be rigged and available for sale this May. The specification is likewise high and includes a toilet/heads, electric windlass, full fridge, sink, shower and synthetic teak-effect decking.
