When a subscription is purchased, the buyer commits to a one-year period. Cancellations will only be accepted if notified within 24 hours of the original purchase. If notified within 24 hours, Powerboat & RIB Ltd will refund the full amount paid, less the full shop price of any magazines already dispatched. Cancellations received after 24 hours will not qualify for a refund. Cancellations will not be accepted for single or back issue orders. We endeavour to process all orders promptly however please allow 7 days for UK delivery (more time should be allowed for overseas orders.) Direct Debit subscription orders are accepted as annual subscriptions (run for a minimum of one year), even if the payment is by quarterly or six-monthly instalments. Therefore, if a Direct Debit is cancelled or fails within this period, the balance of the annual subscription cost less any direct debits paid under the arrangement will remain payable. Direct Debits are collected by the third party secure service provider, Go Cardless, therefore Powerboat & RIB Ltd do not see or hold your bank details. In the event that the magazine changes its name or adapts its content to meet market demands or influences, your subscription will be fulfilled with the new branded magazine. No refunds will be made for any cancellations.

CHANGE OF FORMAT

Powerboat & RIB magazine reserves the right to change the format of Powerboat & RIB magazine. In an ever changing world of new digital media, Powerboat & RIB anticipates a digital future for magazines, and therefore this may mean the removal of a print format in the future due to market demands. In this event, the value remaining of each individual print subscription will be converted onto the same value as either a digital edition subscriber or as a premium member of a digital magazine website, or any such other format as may be available at the time. For clarification, refunds of the remaining monetary values will not be made in the instance of a change to a fully digital format or entity.
