AquaSpirit 370 made its first UK appearance at Southampton

AquaSpirit UK launched the AquaSpirit 370 to the UK market at the 2026 Southampton International Boat Show. The 3.7 metre aluminium RIB combines a four-seat sports layout, an integrated ski pole and generous bathing platforms with AquaSpirit’s space-saving D-Tube design. A launch presentation was held on AquaSpirit’s berth at 15:00 on 18 September, at Berth M201, Mayflower Park, for customers, industry partners and media guests.

The first AquaSpirit 370 to arrive in the UK was on display at the show. AquaSpirit UK says its compact design combines the practicality of a yacht tender with the versatility and performance of a small sports boat, packing notable usable space into a compact, lightweight hull.

What makes the AquaSpirit 370's D-Tube design different?

Central to the design is AquaSpirit’s D-Tube configuration. Unlike the round tubes fitted to most RIBs, the D-shaped design creates additional internal beam and frees up cockpit space without increasing the boat’s overall dimensions, the company says.

Which features does the AquaSpirit 370 offer?

That additional space has allowed AquaSpirit to give the 370 a four-seat sports layout, an integrated ski pole and substantial aft bathing platforms – features AquaSpirit says are more commonly found on larger RIBs. Other standard features include aluminium fixtures and fittings, powder-coated aluminium cleats and finishing, pop-up navigation lights, slide-on tube technology and a choice of PVC or Hypalon tubes.

Who is the AquaSpirit 370 designed for?

For yacht owners, the 370 offers a compact sports tender with proper seating and useful deck space. Its compact dimensions, aluminium construction and straightforward trailer launching also make it a capable family runabout for water sports, harbour use and exploring the coast. AquaSpirit says the 370 carries the same attention to detail and quality of finish found throughout its larger range.

What engine options does the AquaSpirit 370 offer?

The 370 can be paired with a choice of Suzuki outboards, from 20hp to 40hp for typical applications, or up to 60hp – the maximum power rating for the hull – for activities requiring greater performance, letting owners specify the boat to match its intended use. The aluminium hull also helps to keep weight down, an important consideration for yacht owners launching, recovering, lifting and storing a tender on board.

The 370 is a very clever little boat. The D-Tube design gives us a real advantage because it creates much more usable space inside the boat than you would normally expect from a 3.7 metre RIB.

Having four proper seats, a ski pole and substantial bathing platforms on a boat of this size is unusual. It means the 370 can genuinely work as a small sports boat rather than simply being a basic tender.

For somebody looking for a capable tender for the back of a yacht, or a boat that can easily be kept on a trailer and launched for a day exploring the coast, we think the 370 offers a really interesting alternative.

What did the AquaSpirit 370 cost at Southampton?

Show specification boats were priced at approximately £25,000 at Southampton, AquaSpirit UK said, depending on engine choice and final specification. AquaSpirit UK said it expected the model to appeal particularly to yacht owners, water sports enthusiasts and customers seeking a premium compact RIB with more usable space than a conventional tender of a similar length. Media, photographers and industry guests were invited to attend the launch presentation.
