Protector Boats has confirmed that its flagship commercial model, the Protector 380 Targa, will feature at Seawork 2025, held in Southampton from 10–12 June. This high-performance, all-weather RIB will be presented by PB Europe at berth VB02, with sea trials available by request.
Purpose-built for professional maritime operations, the 12.3-metre 380 Targa is designed to deliver reliability, agility and strength in challenging offshore environments. With a deep-V hull formed from military-grade composite materials and integrated foam-filled collars, the boat ensures high levels of stability and impact resistance—vital for tasks like patrol, emergency response, and crew transfer.
Capable of exceeding 50 knots with twin or triple outboards, the 380 Targa is engineered to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency. Extended range fuel tanks support long-duration missions, while heavy-duty Hypalon tubes and commercial-grade hardware enhance durability in daily use.
The fully enclosed cabin offers protection from the elements without sacrificing visibility or situational awareness. Protector’s flexible design ethos allows for a range of seating and deck configurations to suit specific operational requirements, from coastguard surveillance to offshore wind support.
From maritime police and port authorities to research institutions and offshore service providers, the Protector 380 Targa has earned its reputation across a global fleet. Its combination of robust build, straightforward maintenance, and operator-centric ergonomics has been praised by PBR in the past and is likewise a popular choice amongst professionals around the globe.
Seawork attendees are encouraged to step aboard the 380 Targa and meet the PB Europe team. Visit the show and book your appointment.
