The leader in marine motion control, opened a new training facility in San Salvatore, Italy. The European facility will reduce travel and open more training opportunities for partners outside of North America, allowing them to develop and maintain a global network of highly skilled technicians to support the growing Seakeeper customer base.

The new San Salvatore training facility can accommodate multiple classes at a time and features dedicated workplaces and toolboxes, production units for hands-on practice, classrooms, and the latest models, the Seakeeper 4.5 and Seakeeper 14.
This training program at Seakeeper University, includes technical and non-technical courses with interactive eLearning modules and in-person, hands-on training sessions. The combination of at-home and in-person training minimizes time away from work while maximizing real-life practice with factory support. By giving partners regular, accessible training, Seakeeper ensures that no matter where people are boating there are skilled their representatives available to support them. Thanks to the new facility, technicians from partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa can now complete hands-on certifications closer to home.

Seakeeper University has more than 2,000 active users in the eLearning portal and approximately 10,000 completed eLearning modules. The program has successfully trained more than 1,100 technicians in hands-on certifications, with 103 technicians earning the title of Seakeeper Master Technician, the most advanced certification. In addition to the new facility in Italy, there are dedicated training centres in Tampa, Florida, and Gold Coast, Australia, and utilizes dealer-partner locations to offer classes in Brazil, Panama, Turkey, and the UAE.
