Windermere’s third sustainable race day introduced a new national class and underlined growing momentum behind lower-carbon powerboat racing.
International boat sales company Ancasta have opened a new office providing a 24/7 brokerage service in Portland and Poole. The office, run by Kevin MacDonald, aims to offer a high level of service, quality of care and a wide choice whether customers are buying a new or previously loved sail- or powerboat.
Ancasta’s new office is virtual, which means that Kevin works across the 12 marinas in the area from Christchurch to Bridport.
‘Ancasta wanted to consolidate their presence,’ explains Kevin, ‘and offer buyers and sellers from Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset the expert hands-on service that they receive from other Ancasta offices, but based in this beautiful part of the world. We’re also actively involved in putting shared-ownership deals together for racers, yachts and cruisers, so whatever your needs, we can help you make the best decisions.’
