About Ben

Ben Jelf is a British offshore powerboat racer best known for competing in the P1 SuperStock Championship and other international endurance racing events. Coming from a respected powerboating family, he has built a reputation for combining competitive pace with technical understanding and consistency on the water.

Across 14 years of racing, Jelf has secured 6 international titles, 17 British titles, 5 world speed records and 12 national speed records, alongside multiple race victories and podium finishes in highly competitive offshore racing series. Racing alongside his father, Simon Jelf, the Jelf Racing team became recognised for its front-running pace and consistency, earning championship honours and establishing itself as one of the well-known names in British offshore powerboat racing.
