Garmin (NYSE: GRMN), the world’s most innovative and recognised marine electronics manufacturer, announced today that all UK Arksen Discovery Series premium open adventure rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) will come equipped with a full ecosystem of Garmin electronics, including navigation, switching, monitoring and audio systems.
This collaboration marks the start of an exciting new chapter for both brands, uniting a shared passion for adventure and underscoring a commitment to enhancing the experiences of their global customers.


The all-new Arksen Discovery Series RIBs, ranging from six metres to 12 metres, will come standard with GPSMAP® 1223 chartplotters that offer 12” high-resolution displays with an easy-to-use, intuitive interface. Owners will be able to enjoy a seamless integration and premium experience with electronics that work harmoniously together. Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Discovery Series represents a new era of on-water enjoyment for families and adventurers alike.

The Discovery Series RIBs will include a full-Garmin marine electronics system, including GPSMAP series chartplotters, EmpirBus™ digital switching and Fusion® audio systems, along with a VHF 215i AIS and a GT15M-IH transducer.
