EYOS Expeditions has announced The Solace Odyssey—a pioneering, long-term superyacht charter concept in partnership with the 57m Feadship M/Y Solace. Marking a shift toward narrative-driven travel, the three-year eastward circumnavigation invites clients to craft a personal journey through a sequence of bespoke charter “chapters”.
Unlike traditional yacht charters, this innovative format encourages guests to build a curated odyssey, forming a deeper story across six distinctive regional segments. The programme is designed to foster continuity, allowing experiences to evolve over time, creating lasting meaning and connection.
Fresh from a meticulous refit, Solace is ideally suited for global navigation. First launched in 2005 and now updated for a new generation of exploration, she offers long-range autonomy and expedition-grade capability. The yacht accommodates 12 guests in five suites, with space for EYOS guides or instructors, supported by a 14-strong crew. Interiors by Vickers Studio emphasise warmth, connection and ease—whether hosting guests or venturing to far horizons.
Her extensive equipment list includes a gym, sauna, semi-custom chase tender by Espen Øino, and a full suite of water toys, including e-foils, scuba gear, wing foils, and more—ensuring both high adventure and high comfort.
The circumnavigation is split into six three-month charter segments:
Each charter can stand alone or link into a broader, evolving itinerary. Sample Odysseys include surfing across remote island chains, cultural immersion with indigenous communities, or charting untouched wilderness.
Solace is available only via EYOS Expeditions, who will provide expert guides for each journey. As availability begins to fill, early charterers can shape the route and itinerary to their interests.
