MDL Marinas have announced that Princess Motor Yacht Sales have signed a 10-year lease at Saxon Wharf on the River Itchen, Southampton, and are set to create a maintenance and retrofit centre for their customers.
Saxon Wharf already offers high-quality facilities for motor yachts and other large craft, and its position near to Southampton Water, as well as being within easy reach of London and the M3, makes it conveniently located for large boats in need of secure, quick-turnaround lift-outs, repair work or full-scale refits. Saxon Wharf boasts a 200-ton boat hoist as well as fully serviced pontoons capable of accommodating craft of up to 80 metres.
Since Princess Motor Yacht Sales started in 1964 the company’s operations have expanded to include new and used yacht sales, brokerage, charter, shared ownership and aftercare services throughout the UK and in the Channel Islands, Spain, the Balearic Islands, Turkey, Switzerland and Germany. With its sister brand Argo Yachting, the company is also a distributor for Chris-Craft in the UK and the Balearics.
