The population of La Londe-les-Maures in southern France were given a preview of Selva’s 2019 line-up recently, including a first view of their new 9m Special Line RIB, which sits between their restyled 8m and 9.6m models. Made in Italy with two-tone Hypalon tubes, the 9m Special Line offers a similar high-bow, deep-vee hull and has a CE Cat B designation.
The Special Line range offers an upgraded standard specification, most noticeably the carbon-effect tubes, helm accents and upholstery trim. The range of standard features also includes a stainless steel electric windlass with stainless steel anchor and chain, an 80L fibreglass freshwater tank, a GRP roll bar, a multi-position helm seat and stern boarding platforms with ladder.
The Selva 9m can be powered by twin Selva outboards up to 2x250hp, and has a 347L inbuilt fuel tank to ensure plenty of range for expeditions.
