boot Düsseldorf 2027 dates, exhibitors and boats on show

The 58th boot Düsseldorf takes place from 23 to 31 January 2027, with approximately 1,500 manufacturers, retailers and destinations from around the world spread across 15 exhibition halls. The organisers expect more than 1,000 boats and yachts and exhibitors from almost 70 countries. boot describes itself as the world’s largest yacht and water sports fair, attracting more than 200,000 visitors from over 100 countries.

In 2027, boot will impress with an enormous variety of models, water sports and travel inspiration. We are once again expecting over 1,000 different boats and yachts. This is a clear vote of confidence for our home port of Düsseldorf. Manufacturers are clearly drawn to Düsseldorf with their product portfolios. Here, in recent years, they have been able to close deals and win new customers despite a general slump in orders. In economically challenging times, a business driver such as boot is a key factor in revitalising the market. We see ourselves as a partner to the international industry: we pick up on current trends and provide the platform to present them to a large, interested and knowledgeable audience.

Why is the hall layout changing at boot 2027?

Hall 9 at the Düsseldorf exhibition centre is being modernised and will not reopen until boot 2029, so the show will use a modified layout for the next two years. Visitors arriving at the North Entrance can still reach Halls 10, 11 and 12 along a wide, covered and protected walkway through Hall 9.

Where are RIBs and motorboats at boot Düsseldorf 2027?

RIB and dinghy/tender exhibitors previously in Hall 9 move to the new Motorboat Hall 17, which becomes the starting point of the Motorboat Walk. From there the route runs via Hall 1 into Halls 3 and 4, with superboats in Hall 5, superyachts in Hall 6 and brokers and designers in Hall 7a, while Hall 7 hosts maritime art.

Halls 10 and 11 form the Technology Centre for engines, equipment, accessories, refit information and clothing. Hall 10 also hosts the blue innovation dock, where exhibiting shipyards present new technologies, in cooperation with the European Boating Industry (EBI).

What is new for surfing, paddling and diving?

Surfing and paddling move to Hall 12, where the pool has been extended to 65 metres and is joined by a new bi-level skimboard course, the Surf Academy, a new canoe channel winding around an artificial island and a high-rope climbing park, with international athletes and four competitions planned.

Diving again fills Hall 13, with equipment, destinations, a stage programme and hands-on sessions for all levels.

The diving hall is fully booked! All the leading manufacturers and retailers are taking part, and over the nine days of the fair we will once again be offering the international diving community a spectacular celebration, good business opportunities and informative exchanges.
