The South Coast & Green Tech Boat Show 2025, held at MDL’s Ocean Village Marina in Southampton from 9–11 May, will feature multiple world, UK and show debuts across sail and power.

World debut: Hardy 45 European

Making its global premiere, the Hardy 45 European is introduced by Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding. Built on the Hardy 42 semi-displacement hull by Andrew Wolstenholme, it is designed for both offshore and inland cruising. Powered by twin Yanmar 440hp engines, it reaches 28 knots. The layout includes a king-size aft stateroom, guest cabin, galley and raised helm with 360-degree visibility.

UK debuts: Performance and innovation

The BENTE28, shown by the Small Yacht Company, is a bold Judel/Vrolijk design with twin rudders, a broad beam and an IMOCA-inspired dodger. SE Yachts will exhibit the Delta 33 Coupé, a Swedish cruiser with a twin-stepped, fuel-efficient hull and two-cabin layout. Axopar London Group brings the Axopar 29 Sun Top, featuring a modular design, protective roof and twin-step hull for handling and efficiency. Ideal Boat debuts the Saxdor 340 GTWA, offering a wheelhouse with panoramic views, side terraces and dual cabins.

Show debuts: Sailing and style

Inspiration Marine presents the Hanse 360, European Yacht of the Year 2025 in the Family Cruiser category, available in two or three cabins with eco sail options. Also debuting from Inspiration Marine, the FJORD 39 XL features a full-width T-top, convertible deck seating and a double cabin with separate heads. Approved Boats introduces the Absolute 47 Fly, offering a flybridge with BBQ, sunpads and accommodation for six.

Over 90 boats will be exhibited. Entry is free, with private viewings available.
