Lowrance HOOK Fish Finder/Chartplotter Series
At the heart of the HOOK 2 fish finder/chartplotter series is Lowrance’s new auto-tuning sonar that actively corrects sonar settings for the clearest underwater view. Most models (the larger models) also feature a full navigational capability with a preloaded charting selection. Lowrance claim it is very easy to use and offer 2x wider sonar coverage with their new wide-angle Broadband Sounder and CHIRP sonar, which provide increased sonar coverage. SideScan and DownScan ensure that anglers
view lifelike images of fish-holding structure to both sides and below the boat.
The new HOOK series will be available in three easy-to-install, value-priced categories to meet various budgets.
HOOK fish finders/chartplotters will be offered in 12″, 9″, 7″, 5″ and 4″ display sizes, and range in price from around £100 for the compact 4″ Bullet to £1,400 for the 12″ TripleShot model.
