Wellcraft announces 33 T-Top and 33 Speedster models 

Wellcraft has expanded its range with the new Wellcraft 33 T-Top and Wellcraft 33 Speedster, following the launch of the Wellcraft 28. The company says the two models have been developed for offshore cruising, social use and performance-focused boating. 

Wellcraft says the 33 T-Top will make its world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 8 to 13 September 2026. 

Both Wellcraft 33 models feature a single-level walkaround deck, modular living areas and up to two berths. The T-Top is available with a choice of High or Sport windscreen options. 

At the bow, the cockpit provides seating and social space, while three aft cockpit configurations are available. 

The standard Lounge layout includes a fixed L-shaped bench, removable composite table and storage beneath the seating. 

The optional Relax module adds a three-person sunbed with a folding backrest and armrests. It also includes an aft-facing U-shaped dining area with a composite table, infill cushions and fixed table leg, together with a forward-facing three-seat bench and storage beneath the sunbed. 

Available only on the Wellcraft 33 T-Top, the optional Barracuda module is intended for family fishing. Equipment includes five integrated stern rod holders, a 150-litre fish box with drainage pump and macerator, a 120-litre livewell with seawater circulation pump, a washdown pump, two rows of pilot seats, a folding three-seat bench and a preparation station with wet bar, tackle drawer and storage. 

Additional rod holders are fitted in the gunwales, while the hardtop carries rocket launchers with radial outriggers. 

The Wellcraft 33 models were developed with naval architecture firm Navia Design and use a twin-stepped hull. Wellcraft says the hull is designed to plane quickly, maintain stability and control in demanding conditions, and reach speeds exceeding 50 knots. 

Engine options include single or twin Mercury V8 or V10 outboards, with combined outputs ranging from 350hp to 700hp. 

The helm includes Garmin displays, audio equipment and integrated air vents. Other features include a side dive door, protective rubbing strakes, marine-grade upholstery, a through-hull anchor arm and Wellcraft’s Z-design styling. 

The new models use Wellcraft Infujection Structure Engineering, known as W.I.S.E. technology. According to Wellcraft, the process combines infusion and injection techniques to integrate the stringers and hull into a lighter, stiffer structure. 

Wellcraft told PBR the method uses more fibreglass and less resin, improves the power-to-weight ratio and supports a more environmentally responsible production process.
