Axopar launches 38 Sun Top with twin Verado power
Axopar’s new 38 Sun Top brings open-air flexibility, social seating and twin-engine performance to the growing 38 range.
Barrus have expanded their engineering and production facilities with the introduction of a brand-new boat rigging and UTV assembly centre. Located at the company’s head office in Bicester, Oxfordshire, Barrus are offering their authorised marine dealers a rigging service for Zodiac and Bombard boats, installing and configuring Mariner and Mercury outboard engines and equipment.
Barrus’s marine engineers will build and set up each boat to customers’ exact specifications. As well as setting up the engine, there will be the option to fit additional equipment and controls from Mercury’s suite of SmartCraft integrated technologies.
Ben Allen, General Manager of the Marine Leisure Division at Barrus, explained: ‘This new venture is part of the second phase of realigning our boat business as we continue our strategy of partnering with premium brands. We will expand the service into other brands, and in the longer term we aim to offer a third-party boat rigging service.’
