Suzuki Launch New Remote Control Box
Suzuki unveiled their new binnacle-mount mechanical remote control box at the Paris Boat Show. The new design is a positive response to feedback from their partner boatbuilders and end-user customers. As a result, Suzuki have introduced significant modifications designed to make the control box more appealing, easier to fit and easier to use.
With the customer experience in mind, Suzuki have also improved user-friendliness by utilising enhanced tactile materials on the throttle lever as well as a specially chamfered shape, meaning that the lever feels comfortable to use even for long periods of time, and provides easier gripping in all conditions, thereby improving safety. In addition, the movement of the throttle is smooth and the power trim and tilt button is located at the top of the lever so that it is within easy reach at all times.
The new binnacle-mount remote control box will be made available through Suzuki’s authorised dealer network in the spring of 2017.
